JerriBeth, We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and any confusion surrounding your recent experience with our dealership. After reviewing your situation in detail, we learned that Mercedes-Benz USA has denied the warranty claim due to the lack of use of the vehicle, which you have been informed falls outside of their warranty guidelines. While we understand this is frustrating, the dealership is unable to authorize the repair under Mercedes-Benz warranty. Thank you, Customer Experience Team

1. I spoke to Mercedes-Benz USA and they stated it is at the dealership’s discretion to determine warranty coverage. 2. I drive my car at least 25 miles a day, as I have a full time job and this is my daily driver. 3. There is absolutely nothing in the warranty documentation that states a minimum mileage a vehicle needs to be used. Never in the history of car warranties has there been a minimum mileage. 4. We have requested a written denial of warranty via email and have received nothing.
