I assumed someone would come to my car when I pulled up, but no one did so I got out of my car and went inside. I was then checked in and went to get the loaner car. They did a thorough inspection visually and by diagnostic computer and noted future maintenance items and priced them. Nile, the service advisor, is very competent, informed, helpful and on top of things. He can explain all service related issues and steps. The waiting area is well stocked with soda, water, pastries, etc. and the chairs are comfortable. WiFi is available as well as TV. I waited and got my vehicle out in about an hour and a half after my scheduled service time. Good view of the balloons during the Balloon Fiesta. Convenient location next to the freeway. Most of the time I get a loaner but the appointment is quicker without the loaner. I've suggested to Nile that many people don't know what a Porsche water pump might cost but everybody knows what oil changes go for, and $400 seems a bit over the top. BMW and Range Rover were about $150 during my last visits. There is a discount for Porsche Club but I understand you have to ask for it each time. More

Great Service from Great people I was trying to get out of town when my low tire light came on. I took a look at my right front tire and noticed a nail in it. I called the Dealership I was trying to get out of town when my low tire light came on. I took a look at my right front tire and noticed a nail in it. I called the Dealership and asked if they could take a look at my car. They got me right in. Tony Vandyke was my Advisor and when I explained that I was pressed for time and needed to get to South Dakota as soon as possible, he had a Technician start on my car with in minutes of arriving. It turns out that the tire could not be repaired and when they measured the tread depth of the tires, Tony showed me that they were below what is considered safe, 3/32. The MB Parts department was able to get the tires to fit may car with in thirty minute. They provided me with a set of All Season Michelin tires for my SUV. I was back on the road in just over an hour. Tony had mentioned that the All Season tires would be helpful if I ran into any snow this winter. Was he ever right. This morning I woke up to six inch's of snow in Rapid City SD. Thanks MB of Albuquerque, you really took great care of me and my family. More
