The saleswoman was name Mimi and her managers name was Matt McCarty! Matt came out to greet us the second Mimi had brought us in the store , and he was very energetic and he was very caring of our needs and wants . Within 40 minutes we had driven the vehicle we had sat back down and gave some of our information within minutes Matt came back out with all of our numbers ! There was no games he showed us savings he should us the rate our bank was offering and he gave us a very good price for our trade in too we were very happy with the deal and then a few days later he personally called and set up our spray in bed liner for us this place has a great team from sales to service to finance and we just were so pleased we are sort of new to this area but rest assure we found our dealership and we will always buy and service our vehicle at Melloy Dodge! More

Had to trade in 2 veh due to wife losing job. Got lucky (or so I thought) and purchased a 2007 Dodge ram Power Wagon.The interior was barely cleaned on all the test drives we had. The body was in ok condition for a used truck (lots of dent around bed area) the tires were all garbage had to replace all 4 immediately. The lock on the back left door didn't work woth the power or keyless entry. A week after driving it i was on the highway when the transfer case blew up (no i was not in 4 wheel drive). I was all weekend (labor day weekend) without a vehicle before they got me a loaner. I have had it a month and the check eng light just came on. So enough about the truck, The dealer (matt dodson) I had was a new guy so he was sincere and pretty nice I would deal with him again. His supervisor (mark rowe) was not so much he just wanted our money and didn't really help out our situation as much as he could of. The service people took about a week to fix the problem but the whole time were impossible to get ahold of. I do not know who inspected the vehicle but i was not impressed with the condition I recieved it in. I am glad I made the wise decision to purchase the chrysler warranty so I can take my truck to be worked on across town. I would not recomend getting a used vehicle from Melloy dodge. I have purchased 3 vehicles from 3 dealerships in the ABQ area and this one was by far the worst. More

We are with happy the Vehicle, but we needed special financing and it felt like we were treated like 2nd class citizens. The detail job on the vehicle was terrible, the inside of the vehicle was not cle financing and it felt like we were treated like 2nd class citizens. The detail job on the vehicle was terrible, the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned, there was mold on the seatbelt clasp, and the storage bins behind the front seats were not cleaned out they had liquid in them. there was a 1/2 inch of some form liquid in the glove box. Inbetween the sets were not vacuumed basically the inside of the vehicle was ignored. There was no spare tire, and also the taneau cover was not put back in vehicle. Which was there when we looked at it when it was in the shop area. More

We came in just to look, didn't think about buying, but the salesman showed us the truck, just had to have it. We love our New truck.
