I arrived to my appointment early and still was there for almost 4 hours. My appointment was at 1 pm I arrived at 12:30 pm but, they was on lunch. And when my car was finished I didn’t leave till close 4:30 almost 4 hours. My appointment was at 1 pm I arrived at 12:30 pm but, they was on lunch. And when my car was finished I didn’t leave till close 4:30 pm. My tires wasn’t rotated at all and no air wasn’t put in them. And two days after service my tire lights came on for air. I had to take it to express oil for air in two tires .I also had issues with my sunroof not opening , trunk not closing and opening properly and dashboard had this circle and dot that developed. I also sent photo to manger and open a case on all the problems so far no response. My issues wasn’t addressed properly at all because they said that the problems had to occur when they inspected the issues .And they looked into these issues when I was already there about 2 hours and half already. I had to explain and show where the issues were to an employee. Mazda center is very far for me about 40 mins away and I wanted them to fix my issues instead of coming back for it to be re look at in Feb hopefully around my next oil change .I also had my newborn baby with me doing the appointment and I was very displeased with the service and wait time I received. More
This was not our typical experience with this Service Center. We lost the expected communication that we favor. In addition to an oil change, we asked that the vehicle be checked to account for the loss Center. We lost the expected communication that we favor. In addition to an oil change, we asked that the vehicle be checked to account for the loss of 2 quarts of oil from last service. We were told it’s typical for our old car. Hope things can go better next oil change. More
