I arrived to my appointment early and still was there for almost 4 hours. My appointment was at 1 pm I arrived at 12:30 pm but, they was on lunch. And when my car was finished I didn’t leave till close 4:30 More

Thanks , I appreciate it because last time I didn’t have any issues with the service . I also forgot to mention my media player that goes off for no reason and also did a beep sound . So far it did it once 4 days after my appointment and the beeping sound continued. It was also another issue I was having that I brought up at the appointment to be checked . Still no update on the media player software but, I did factory reset it some weeks ago .So hopefully it will not do it again . Thanks
