My experience with Matt and Med-Center Mazda was wonderful. From my first inquiry Matt was responsive, thorough and upfront about every detail. He truly understands today's buying climate and is ver wonderful. From my first inquiry Matt was responsive, thorough and upfront about every detail. He truly understands today's buying climate and is very comfortable with the negotiating process. During our interaction, I was in contact with at least four other dealerships - NONE of them offered the service provided by Matt. I never felt he was trying to hide any details, oversell, or pressure us to buy something we didn't need or want. He answered every question and provided every detail that I requested. We bought our car at a time of year when most dealers are trying to sell off their previous year models. The 2013 model/trim I wanted was no longer available at Med Center Mazda. Instead of trying to upsell us a 2014 from his lot, Matt researched and FOUND exactly what I wanted at a dealership in Tennessee and arranged for its delivery free of charge. More importantly, he STILL met our very competitive OTD price and provided the extended 100,000 power train warranty that is provided from Med Center Mazda. On the day of the actual sale we arrived from the Auburn/Opelika area to find a staff of friendly people at the end of a long work day - it was 8pm! Matt had the car detailed (thanks for the great job, Wayne!) and while my husband was signing the paperwork, Will took me for a test drive to explain the car's features and fill the tank. We were home with our new car by 10:45 p.m. There is quite literally NOTHING more that could be asked from a dealership experience. Total ease with negotiations, a great deal on a fabulous car and FLAWLESS service. More
Billy is hands down best salesman that I've ever dealt with. The sales manager Matt was awesome. I picked out what I wanted on line and went in that afternoon, they had me in and out in less than 1 dealt with. The sales manager Matt was awesome. My husband and I were accompanying our daughter to purchase her very first car on her own. We are previous Mazda owners and she had been researching for several months and knew what she wanted. We were greeted in the parking lot by Will Lastrapes and shown around the lot. Will's knowledge of the Mazda products was fabulous and he was very informative. Our daughter, Mikal, was treated with respect and exceptional customer service by Will. The entire purchase process was very pleasant for her. After deciding on the car she would like we were greeted by Adam Eaves for the financing piece of the transaction. Again, Mikal was treated with respect and everything was explained thoroughly by Adam. Adam made her feel very comfortable throughout the process. Yet another example of a dealership that refuses to join the rest of us in the "How to do business in the 21st century". Folks, if you encounter a dealership that refuses to price vehicles by way of the int the rest of us in the "How to do business in the 21st century". Folks, if you encounter a dealership that refuses to price vehicles by way of the internet, you've found yourself a business that's likely going to take great pleasure in keeping you "captive" in their dealership while their sales people and their sales manager spend hours acting as though they are working on your behalf. I requested an OTD price on a specific model (stock number included) only to receive a response that I needed to call the sales person. Seriously? Does your insurance company require you to come to their office to get the price? Does Amazon ask their customers to go to their corporate location to price a book? Understand too that I am shopping with "S" plan pricing. This requires them only to pull the invoice, look at the bottom left hand corner and effectively regurgitate the price. It's not rocket science. Typical "we are doing you a favor mentality" going on here from a dealership stuck in last century business practices. Do yourself a favor, move on to a dealership interested in selling a vehicle without the hype and the drama you've come to expect from this industry. More
