My car sounded like it had a bad winter cold. When Dave called he said it was a pipe with the catalytic converter underneath the car that was broken and would cost over $2000 to repair. On his own initiative, he called and discovered that this particular part was covered under a warranty situation. Total cost of the the repair? Zero. We are thrilled with the service we received for our car and we thank Dave for doing this special service for us. More
Expecting me although weather caused delay had loner waiting. Waited no longer than 7-8 min and was out after signing for loaner. We have always enjoyed our visits to Lexus. Everyone in this dealership has bent over backwards to see that our needs are met. Since we originally leased a 2011 ES 350, we have experienced great service ev this dealership has bent over backwards to see that our needs are met. Since we originally leased a 2011 ES 350, we have experienced great service every time. Sometimes I came by just to have the car washed, other times I needed an oil change without an appointment. I have always been accomodated with happiness and joy. Our Master Sales Consultant, Johnnie Dinkins, has always welcomed me with a smile and hello, answering my questions, making sure I was not waiting too long, did I need something to drink. We made an appointment with Johnnie Dinkins on December 31st 2013. I had been wondering about the End of the Year Sale Lexus was having. I loved my 2011 Lexus ES350. We had one year left on the lease, and we wanted to see if it could be a possibility of getting into the car my husband really liked which was the Lexus CT Hybrid. We decided to test drive this vehicle and Vince Venturini accompanied us. Vince was extremely knowledgeable and eager to show us what this car can do. He explained everything about the vehicle to us. Vince went into detail about the hybrid system and how it works. He explained the navigation system and what was important about all the safety features. I loved how the car drives and so does my husband. However, I have a cronic medical condition and that is why I loved my ES350. What to do? We also drove the new ES hybrid, and I loved it. We came back and ran some numbers and we worked out a deal. While speaking with Vince and Johnnie, I mentioned that my husband still had another year on his lease of a Ford Focus. I explained how the Ford was so difficult for me to drive, difficult to move the seat to a new position. Could we possibly make our dreams come true? Could we trade in the Ford for the CT Hybrid? The finance people were wonderful, ( I am sorry, I don't remember their names, all were fantastic) they worked quickly, and because we were now considering leasing two new Lexuses, they gave us a deal we could not refuse. We walked out of Lexus on New Year's Eve with two new cars! Aaron Cumming was indispensible because delivered both cars to us. He went over every single feature of both cars. He programed our phone, garage door opener, and spent two hours going over everything until we were comfortable and confident. He got us signed up for Lexus Enform and helped to manage papperwork. I felt badly because it was New Year's Eve and the dealership was supposed to be closed at six it was now eight p.m. Everyone was happy to work with us, and it did not matter if it was New Years Eve or not, we were treated like we were the most important people on the planet. All of the staff were happy and smiling with us and for us. We were absolutely delighted how everything worked out. Now we have two new Lexus vehicles, both hybrids. Works out that the money we will save on gas per month, is enough to make a lease payment for one of the vehicles! We are thrilled. Thank you to all the staff that was so wonderful to us.
