Hayden did an excellent job, he documented the repair work from my previous dealer that was done incorrectly and caused damage that had to be repaired, this allowed me to write to the dealer and get a re work from my previous dealer that was done incorrectly and caused damage that had to be repaired, this allowed me to write to the dealer and get a refund. Also Hayden reviewed the work his dealership did that caused two new front tires to go bad from a faulty alignment. Hayden performed his work over and above what many dealership employees would do. That's what vehicle owners want and deserve. Because of Haydens honesty and doing the right thing I will continue to bring my Raptor to McLarty Daniel Ford, he deserves an A++ on his reviews. The Lincoln Corsair demonstrated extremely poor quality and proved completely unreliable. Despite being under warranty, dealership technicians were unable to diagnose or repair a recurring parasitic batter and proved completely unreliable. Despite being under warranty, dealership technicians were unable to diagnose or repair a recurring parasitic battery drain. The issue persisted even after the battery was replaced under warranty, requiring third-party roadside assistance to jump-start the vehicle repeatedly.Lincoln Concierge corporate support provided no meaningful resolution. Due to the vehicle being completely untrustworthy, I was forced to trade it in at a substantial loss with only 19,000 miles on the odometer. This facility operates as a high-volume repair center focused on turnover rather than premium brand service and specialized troubleshooting. Avoid this model and dealership. More
