He certainly has exceptional knowledge of the product and conveys that knowledge so the custo professional approach from a salesman (Mr Fred Cramer). I was purchasing a very inexpensive ($10,500) car and Mel treated me as if I was purchasing a $100,000 vehicle. His attention to what I needed in terms of vehicle and price was outstanding and extremely con treated me as if I was purchasing a $100,000 vehicle. Buying a car is can be stressful and he made this experience enjoyable, relaxing and pleasurable, almost as if we had been friends for years. From the moment I was greeted by Mel he made me feel welcomed and seemed genuinely happy I was there at the dealership. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable(this man knows his stuff), patient and most accomodating in addressing my needs. Throughout the negotiating process he made it easy, painless and was very respectful of my time. Although I truly came just to shop for a vehicle, I ended up purchasing a RX400h which is my dream vehicle, and I am extremely happy now! The staff was friendly and most accomodating and the perks i.e. free car washes for life, free starbucks coffee and tea, free pick up and delivery for service, shoe shines, and the clincher for me free massages on mondays helped me understand the value I was getting in purchasing from McGrath Lexus.
