My experience at this dealership not only changed me to a life-long Lexus customer, but transformed how I will forever feel about buying a car and customer service. I am always warmly greeted walking into the dealership and offered delicious refreshments. The services offered are amazing, ranging from shoe shines to massages. But I digress. The reason for this review is to say what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Christi. She was upfront and never made me feel like I was being "taken for a ride" - haha. She remembered my name and even deals about a vacation which she inquired about. It was so refreshing to be considered a real person with a life as opposed to a number in a dealer logbook. More

At the same time, the dealership is so large, friendly, bright and comfortable that I'll occasionally stop by for a free car wash, coffee, and snack just because I'm in the area.
