I drove into town from 6 hours away, showed up at the dealership around 2pm and was out the door in my 2014 LS460 F-Sport in 3 hours. Glenn has also been very helpful with the title transfer. He remained very easy to contact and returns calls and emails promptly. I also found Bob Cowden's intro to Lexus' tech platform extremely valuable. He laid down the foundation and had a humorous spin on his tutorial. Mike Connery handled the financial papework and was every friendly and professional as well. It's always been an excellent place where I feel very confident in my service rep, Paul Tuffner, and enjoy the inviting atmosphere provided by the Lux Cafe's proprietor, Melissa Hoffman, (who opened it, to the delight of the McGrath patrons a few years ago). Believe it or not, I actually LOOK FORWARD to visiting my McGrath Service Center whenever it's necessary, (or for occasional complimentary car washes!). All of the reviews that I went through had the customers talk about the positive experience that they had while working with Rita Barkstrom. After having purchased my Certified Lexus from her, I understand why the reviews were so positive. Working with Rita was a great experience, I never felt pressured to buy the car, and she was very knowledgeable about the cars and services that were offered. She introduced me to many different people who were able to answer questions I had about wheel locks and window tinting. She was always asking if I was ok, and if I was thirsty or hungry. She was such a pleasure to work with, and I am so glad that I bought my first Lexus from her.
