Made an appointment for 10:00 AM, pulled into the queue, and was not acknowledged by my assigned service advisor for at least 15 minutes and then worked my way out. I know it was a busy Saturday, yet to stand outside my car waiting on an advisor for a simple acknowledgement, especially after making an appointment is unacceptable for e Lexus dealer. I'm trying Woodfield Lexus today for my scheduled maintenance. My buddy has been touting their service for years. He finally got me to drive the extra 15 minutes. This is a follow up: Woodfield Lexus identified that McGrath missed changing out my cabin air filter at the last 90,000!mile maintenance (was very dirty). So I paid for something I didn’t get. Interesting. More
