Salesman was very knowledgable and went the extra mile with researching previous owner, car fax, service history not enter in the car fax, ect ,,, I spent several hours at this dealer shopping for the perfect car. The selection was good and they had things to do while I waited for my financing to be approved. There is a putting green and cafe with food and coffee while you wait. Would recommend this dealer and BILL DAVIS specifically to my friends and family . YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. Was truly a pleasure doing business with you MCGRATH family !!!! I sent an email from the McGrath Lexus website to request information on several cars that I was interested in purchasing. Andy was courteous and attentive to several requests that I made that required him to research information on several different cars, extended warranties, and what it would take to certify a car on their website that was being offered for sale without certification. He provided me with all the information timely and was respectful of my concerns and answered my questions. I also had to contact him a couple of times after hours and he was prompt with his return calls. He also was respectful and considerate of the fact that I had to spend several hundred dollars to pick up the car because I live 220 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership he spent all the time I needed to explain all the features and options on my car. Andy is a professional who hasn't lost the human touch. I have been a Lexus customer since 1994. Andy made sure I became a McGrath Lexus Customer now and in the future. More

I visited McGrath Lexus of Chicago on May 5, 2011 and purchased a used 2003 Jeep Liberty. I inquired about the vehicle on the internet May 4th and Andy Miodynski contacted me promptly. We scheduled to meet May 5th, his day off which I thought went above and beyond exceptional customer service, and I immediately was greeted by the staff and the car was clean and ready to go for a test drive.
