Usually, at the time you sign the papers, the dealership normally trying to up-sell you more things that you may or may not need. But here at McGrath, they explained to me what were available, and not even trying to push to sell me things that I don't really need. The service center is also very good, both on quality of work and customer services. Overall, I really enjoy the level of service I get from McGrath. The location of the dealershp is very easy to get to-right off the expressway. Staff is very friendly, explains fully all procedures, takes time to anwer questions, follows thru on problems.
