I have purchsed 3 cars with McGrath Lexus over the years. Sharon Gale is great. She along with Mike Tumilty and Mark McLawhorn are the reasons why I keep coming back. Also he is so knowledgable with the applications on he Lexus he always takes the time to make sure my data information is transferred over to my new cars and that I understand the features. In fact I waited until he came back from being off a few days before I went into the dealership because he is "my sales guy". Mark is fabulous in arranging someone to up up my car and arrange and over see my service. This feature is very important to me and something I brag about to all that will hear my praises about McGrath Lexus. Additionally, Mike Kozeluh was also great and patient as he finalized my paperwork. I feel everyone takes that extra step to ensure that when you leave there you think about that experience positively throughout your day and the weeks ahead. There is a great group there. Mike LaGiglio was extremely helpful in assisting me in making my decision to purchase my first Lexus. We purchased the RX350 from McGrath while we were out of state and needed the vehicle delivered when we returned. Heather was outstanding and made the process painless for us.
