I was looking for a new car and Julie Hill was my salesperson. She was really friendly and helpful, but my initial visit took forever. She was juggling multiple customers and I don't feel like I wa salesperson. She was really friendly and helpful, but my initial visit took forever. I felt like she was knowledgeable and friendly, but she easily got distracted answering her other customer's questions and not focusing on me, who was physically in front of her desk. Salesman and finance weren't communicating. Salesman agreed to only run credit once and with Lexus. And when I got upstairs, fiance ran it 3 times with others lenders. No one told me." Another thing, once we knew we wanted the car we saw and test drove, Sales Manager insisted price was no less than $14900.00 but I was looking at your internet ad that it was on sale for $12900.00! You eventually brought it to your internet ad price but it was a negotiation struggle. That I didn't understand. Everyone is nice and friendly. I would recommend your dealer for a great car and the car wash incentive. Sharon is great by the way! More
