My experience at McGrath Lexus Chicago was really quite pleasant. It has been awhile since we have bought a new car. Not knowing how the process would go, I felt like I was truly in the hands of profession pleasant. It has been awhile since we have bought a new car. Our sales person Julie felt like a partner that advocated for us. In the end we were introduced to Nick Novelli, the delivery specialist, whom after we finalized the details of the purchase begin to walk us thru all of the every day functions of our new car, and there are a lot. Nick was very knowledgeable and went slow enough for my wife and I to understand everything. We would recommend them. Don't know how soon we will be buying another new car but this experience will make us come back sooner. More

This is my 5th Lexus that I have purchased from McGrath. I have been pleased with my purchases over these years. Julie was my sales person. She has been exceptional in her efforts to meet my needs. I was pleased with how she handled the sale of my old Lexus. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus line of cars and was able answer all of my questions. And she found the car with the features I wanted and more importantly at the price I was willing to pay. I did not have time to wait for paperwork to be done. However Julie made sure that all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived to pick up my car. Instead of spending 5 hours getting everything done, it took about 2 hours. This was the first dealership i walked into - and i felt so comfortable and confident that I purchased my new car that very day. Mike LaGiglio was outstanding! He found the exact car I needed and was looking for. Rich Palicka in service - even took his time to answer some very specific questions and concerns I had about the car and service - and because of that I will have Rich handle all of the maintenance service for me. Mike also understood that since I was driving an 18 year old car - I would need a "special lesson" on how to use all the features and dashboard - so he had Jeff Riordan patiently go over with me every single option, feature, and instrument, until i completly knew how to use everything! Every employee I encountered welcomed us both with smiles and hellos. Mike LaGiglio the sales consultant who dealt with us was extremely kind and helpful. He tirelessly worked on our behalf to get us the best deal. Car salesmen do not always have the most honest of reputations, but Mike was transparent in all his dealings with us. I am a full time student working with a tight budget but was treated just as valuable as any other customer. Feeling certain we found the best deal around the effects of the dreaded "buyers remorse" has not reared its ugly head. We do not intend to take our business elsewhere and recommend anyone who wants a great car and incredible service should really visit McGrath Lexus of Chicago. Ask for Mick LaGiglio. More
