Do not, and I mean do not purchase or get your car repaired here. They lack basic communication skills and will “magically” lose your check if you’re going through insurance. They give you “timelines” repaired here. They lack basic communication skills and will “magically” lose your check if you’re going through insurance. They give you “timelines” of when your car will be finished but has failed meeting said timelines every single time. If you have any additional questions about your car, you can forget getting in touch with someone right away. They will force you to leave a VM which takes them hours to get back to you and when they do get back to you, no one knows anything about your car. Manager Salman isn’t any help either. Very nonchalant and lackluster. Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your service! More
Revolving Door for Service Advisors or Staff that don’t communicate with eachother or understand how to use their internal systems correctly. Over charge and give you things that are not necessary for your communicate with eachother or understand how to use their internal systems correctly. Feels more like a retail shopping experience, rather than a Service Department that is dedicated to what is best for your vehicle. More
High pressure, start to finish. Felt like bait and switch all day. And, I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that they put additional line items in to inflate the price. Adve Felt like bait and switch all day. And, I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that they put additional line items in to inflate the price. Advertised price was $35k, with the “line items “ it brought the price up to $49,000! I told our sales person Lance that I was putting 5% down. Even at $50,000, 5% is $2500. Their numbers said I was putting down $8,000! Pressure for me to put more down, like I had made the mistake. Greg, some kind of manager, comes over to “save me money “ and when the final numbers came out, it added $3,000 to the total price. They refused to disclose the loan rate even though I asked multiple times. I asked for 90 days deferred on the first payment. As I am signing the paperwork, am told that in order to defer, it will add an ADDITIONAL $500 to the total cost. So underhanded. We should have walked away. I hope the car is better than the dealership. More
