$2500 dealer installed Protection Package take it or leave it. Here is another one of those dealers that chooses to install a bunch of unnecessary items in my opinion to all their vehicles because they leave it. Not only that, they don't disclose that on their internet pricing. It isn't till you go to dealership and see the extra sticker posted next to the original monroney sticker price. You shouldn't have to be forced to pay for something you didn't ask for. I definitely said xxxx no and left. There are quite a few dealers that do this but there are some that don't you just have to weed them out. In my search I did find one. So I just want to say that if anybody is looking for a Kia I would HIGHLY recommend Lupient Kia Milwaukee Glendale WI. They do not play that. Now they do have that package available if you are interested and will install it for you if you'd like but their vehicles DO NOT have it installed already. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle at Lupient Kia dealership yesterday and my sales consultant Ryan Schroeder was a great help. I’ve gone back and forth on how I feel about this place. At first they had an $8-9k markup that isn’t advertised which I found distasteful more because it was hidden than they were doing it. Eventually they removed most of that and I bought the car. Picking it up was ok, they were plenty friendly, but they didn’t spend much time going over features and were blatantly wrong about numerous questions I asked ahead of time. The car had the wrong mirror installed (apparently at the factory because the invoice at the dealer had the right one listed), so their mistake for accepting, but it ended up taking many, many hours of my own time arguing with Kia to get it fixed. I tried contacting them about compensating me in some way for the hassle of fixing their mistake, but they didn’t even bother responding to that. So bottom line, they are the bad stereotype of car dealerships, avoid if at all possible. More
