Absolutely horrible experience selling a car to this dealership. They bounced the check to me 2x. Waiting to see if the 3rd check will bounce. Typical car dealership on negotiating as well. This was not a very expensive car either. I would never do business with this company again. Please be aware when you deal with them. They are not reputable at all. More

They advertised the car as available. Repeatedly confirmed my appointment for a test drive up until the morning of. I went, and waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that it's been sol Repeatedly confirmed my appointment for a test drive up until the morning of. I went, and waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that it's been sold already the day before. The manager said it was because their guys were working late the night before and the system doesn't refresh for 24 hours. Sorry, what a lame excuse. System taking 24 hours to refresh? This is not 20th century. Second, it only takes a single conversation within the team to confirm whether the car was sold or not. Lastly, the manager literally said, "Is there anything else I can help you with?". No apology for me driving 45 minutes, taking my time away from work, spending gas, and waiting for 30 minutes for no reason. Wasn't offered a complimentary car wash or anything. And no, there was no follow-up apology call or anything either. Very insincere and unprofessional. I was looking for my car and my son's, but this first experience with McGrath was so disastrous and insulting that I will NEVER buy from any McGrath dealers in the future. More
