Service has always been stellar at Evanston Subaru. Lawrence Hedrick ensured our 2026 Subaru Forester’s window replacement (due to stone damage and spider crack) was completed in a timely fashion. When the first window was defective due to a manufacturer issue, he made sure a new window was ordered and installed without the incident. He ensured the eyesight was recalibrated and as that had issues, made sure parts to that device was evaluated and replaced as needed. Lawrence kept us updated every step of the way.
