This is a nice modern medium-sized operation located very conveniently for me. I did my shopping online and they had a used car I wanted in inventory at a price I expected so it was a pretty easy sale for t conveniently for me. I have two concerns that keep me from a five star review. My first contact with salesperson Justin was efficient and helpful in securing a promise and making a deposit for a vehicle that was to arrive in se My first contact with salesperson Justin was efficient and helpful in securing a promise and making a deposit for a vehicle that was to arrive in several weeks. During the weeks of waiting, he was also helpful informing me of the progress of the vehicle. On the day of delivery and purchase, personnel in sales and finance seemed to be overwhelmed, and the process took almost three hours, with me waiting between interactions with Justin and the finance person. On the day I selected the vehicle and on the day of delivery of the vehicle, I had requested a detailed explanation of the vehicle and everything I needed, but the steps I needed were rushed and I left without some important paperwork. My sales rep tried to provide me some quick information I needed to drive the vehicle home, but I was already burned out from the wait. My interaction with the finance person left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected him to make sure I was comfortable and understood the entire transaction and provide me with all of the necessary documents, and let me know how and when I would receive the title. Instead, the finance person went into great detail about pricey protection plans, without giving me enough information about the protections already included in my purchase price. The strong pushing of the pricey plans caused me to question my decision to buy a car that had so little protection included with the vehicle. A few days later, when trying to accumulate the paperwork to purchase a city sticker, I discovered I hadn't been supplied with the necessary documents, and had some difficulty getting a person on the phone who could help me, but finally did get help and did receive those documents from Tony, who was kind enough to send them by email. More
