I have had all of the maintenance handled here since then and the service staff have been very responsive, informative and professional. I have particularly enjoyed working with Ed Vellega. Recently the post sale experience has become a little irritating. I don't know how many letters I have received asking to buy or trade-in my car. No problem as I just throw them away. When they started calling during my dinner hour again trying to buy-in my car, it was too much. I would not mind getting a call if it were a safety issue, but sales calls are not welcome as I am on the DO NOT CALL list and NEVER response to telephone solicitations. Their marketing department needs to rethink this strategy if they keep their prior buyers satisfied. Prior to this, I would have given them five stars. More
