Customer Service I did not enjoy the car buying experience because it took too long and the salesmen was not friendly. There need to be more friendly faces and salesmen who care. Too focused on your credit score rather than your needs. More

Some employees don't keep their word On 12-04-15 I wrote a nice review about this dealer and its employees ''(excellent people to deal with, Great environment, and best of all... I had a On 12-04-15 I wrote a nice review about this dealer and its employees ''(excellent people to deal with, Great environment, and best of all... I had a very good deal on the price of the car I purchased!!!! I am happy I gave my business to this dealer.)''. Well, it is sad that I have to change my mind because they didn't keep their word (At least to me, a person's word says a lot about that person). To begin with, when I was looking for the best price of an Elantra GT, I contacted many dealers around my area including McGrath. When I requested a written quote from this dealer, I was told by Dave Glas that they won't provide me this type of quote to avoid misunderstandings (which is ok). He also told me to get in writing the lower quote possible and McGrath will bit it by $500.00. Well, Pugi Hyundai quoted me this car at $17,655.26 out of the door price. Then I call McGrath and spoke to Army Matienzo and mentioned to her the promise from Dave and she said they will honor the $500.00 and asked me to come to the dealer. Once there and going to the whole process, I showed Galo (my sales rep) the quote from Pugi Hyundai and mentioned that McGrath will bit it by five hundred dollars, he went to get Peter Denbroeder (sales manager). Well, Peter looked at me and said ''Sorry but I cannot bit this price by that much money, I will loose. Then he offered me a price match and 1 year of free oil changes if I'll do a good review about McGrath and marked all 10's on the survey that I will get in a few days''. I requested 2 years and he agreed, closed deal. A few days later, I wasn't that happy because the $500.00 and I called Armi to let her know that I didn't like the idea of getting only 2 years of oil changes and I requested 5 years, obviously she said she couldn't do it for so many years and she offered me to try to get approved for 3 years and I agreed. As of today (12-23-2015) I haven't gotten a confirmation or email about the promised oil changes. Today, I decided to call Armi and her aptitude was totally different compared to the one before I purchased the car. I felt that she was trying to keep me spinning around to forget about it. DO NOT MAKE PROMISES THAT YOU CANNOT FULFILL!!!!!!! More
