Josh at Elmhurst BMW was great as is the dealership. Saw the car on line on Monday. No pictures. Josh sent me pictures and the car fax and got it cleaned up and ready for my purchase on Thursday. I had a horrible experience with Glen in sales. He failed to follow-up and provide a quote for a new 5 series. Called and spoke with a manager, still no return call. I’ll take my $65,000+ purchase to another dealership. How hard is it to provide a monthly payment? I wonder if they have concerns with providing service to Black Women? More
