I had an excellent experience purchasing a car at Village Subaru. Anthony Ramano worked hard and found the perfect car for me. I love it! He was definately interested in what I wanted, and did not try to just sell me something. David Mack went way above the call of duty to get me a great interest rate. These two people made the experience of purchasing a new car much better than I expected, and much different than any other dealership. I had been to other dealerships, including Honda and Toyota, and found the experiences difficult. At both places, the people I dealt with were only interested in their commission. This was not true at Village Subaru. I felt that both Anthony and David were on my side. I reccomend that everyone go there and request Anthony Ramano and David Mack specifically. I certainly will next time I need a car, which will probably not be for a while because I love my new Subaru! -Christine More

In the year-plus since we purchased our Subaru, we've been very happy with the service offered by Dave Taylor and the Village Subaru service group. It has never been a problem getting a free loaner vehicle. They quickly fixed the only real issue I have had with the car so far, a rattle that they diagnosed as a loose screw in the passenger-side mirror. A+, will buy again from Village Subaru! More

I had a great experience at Village Subaru! I had some past credit issues but David Mack took the time and talked me through the process of what I could afford. I couldn't believe I could qualify for a L past credit issues but David Mack took the time and talked me through the process of what I could afford. I couldn't believe I could qualify for a Legacy...I would have paid through the nose for similar equiped vehicles like Camry, Accord or Fusion and they don't even have AWD! My paperwork was already done in advance which made signing papers a breeze. The finance manager, David & Erik Holm (Sales) communicated so well by the time I picked up my car everyone knew who I was ;) A week after I took delivery Erik cleaned & sent me my old plates from my trade-in, just in case I wanted a momento from the old car..I thought that was nice touch. From beggining (David Mack) to the end (Erik Holm) I had the best experience, no pressure just honest to goodness value & Sales. More
I absolutely love Village Subaru of Acton! DAVE Mack is the man, he set up all my paperwork, contacted the bank and even sent me emails updating me on the progress of my loan application. He went above and beyond what is typically considered Customer Service. Erik Holm was equally helpful in preparing me for my first leased vehicle. From the test drive down to the final moments where he handed me the keys to my new 2012 Impreza. I will no doubt recommend Village Subaru of Acton to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
I shopped 3 different Subaru dealers, and after my initial email contact with Dave Mack, I knew he was the one I was going to buy my new car from. I made an appointment with Dave, and after driving a initial email contact with Dave Mack, I knew he was the one I was going to buy my new car from. I made an appointment with Dave, and after driving an hour from Worcester, he had the car I was interested in already up front and waiting for me to test drive. My husband and I took a nice long drive, not only in the initial car I had expressed an interest in, but also a different model. At that time, I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted, but had a few more questions before making my final decision. Dave was professional, honest and courteous. He did not attempt to sell me something I neither wanted nor needed. As told, my car would be ready for delivery the following day. When I arrived to take delivery, everyone involved in the sale of my car greeted me with a smile a handshake and a re-assurance that Village Subaru was definitely THE place to buy my Subaru. I definitely would recommend Village Subaru and Dave Mack to anyone who would be interested in purchasing a Subaru. The whole experience was well worth the hour's drive. Thank you, Dave. Looking forward to working with you again when I am ready for my next new Subaru. More
I was in a car accident and searching for a new vehicle(something I had not done in a while nor had I planned to). I visited multiple dealerships searching for a new all wheel drive vehicle and dea vehicle(something I had not done in a while nor had I planned to). I visited multiple dealerships searching for a new all wheel drive vehicle and dealership after dealership let me down, with their poor customer service and unfriendly nature. I never thought that buying a car would be such an unejoyabe experience. Completely frustrated and disappointed I ended up at Village Subaru and they completely changed my experience. I was greeted immediately and was offered help when I needed it and never felt pressured. My questions were welcomed and encouraged, unlike other places that made me feel like I was and uninformed woman looking for a pretty car. The level of customer service that this dealership provided has not only earned my business for this car purchase but for ALL of my future car purchases(because now that i have driven a subaru I can not even imagine driving anything else). I also received a follow up call a few days later from my salesman to see how I liked the car and to see if I had any further questions that he could help me with. I live about 30 minutes from the dealership and have many dealerships and services centers much closer but I will only bring my car here for any future service because of this level of service. More
Got a great deal on Subaru Legacy. Everyone helped me out. Great service. Had to get some recalls done and they were fast efficient and I got a loaner car as well. I went to Village Subaru looking for a new/slightly used Imprezza after visiting a few other dealerships in the area. Village Subaru is the only dealership I went to where I didn't feel like I was about to Imprezza after visiting a few other dealerships in the area. Village Subaru is the only dealership I went to where I didn't feel like I was about to get scammed - Anthony was incredibly helpful and honest about what was available and what would be the best option for me. I got a fantastic deal and couldn't be happier with the car. He has since followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. Would definitely buy from them again! More
I was going to purchase a Forester and knew exactly what options I wanted and only wanted to get a price. The salesperson refused to discuss price with me over the phone and insisted I had to come to the d options I wanted and only wanted to get a price. The salesperson refused to discuss price with me over the phone and insisted I had to come to the dealership - unlike the other dealers I spoke with. The sales person then stated that if I didn't buy a Forester from them, I would not be eligible for a loaner car if I got service from them - ONLY customers who bought cars from Village get loaners. I told him that I couldn't take the time to visit unless the price was good and again asked him for a price over the phone. He then said: "Ok, I'll give you a price but if you don't buy know that price will not honored". I told him not to worry, I'd save both of us the hassle and I'd hang up now. The price by the way that he gave me was over $1,000 more than the Forester I eventually bought from Patrick Subaru. Patrick was terrific and so was Planet Subaru. They were both better over the phone and answered all my questions and acted like they wanted my business. I will NEVER do business with Village Subaru even if they were the only Subaru Dealer in the state. More
