Warren Rice, the gentleman that assisted me with the purchase of my car was professional, polite and friendly. He took the time during our initial meeting to fully answer all my questions. The dealer would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for: -had to come back and wait nearly another hour after initial service completion due to vehicle still shaky -pricing (rear brake work shouldn’t cost over $70 come back and wait nearly another hour after initial service completion due to vehicle still shaky -pricing (rear brake work shouldn’t cost over $700) Otherwise, this is really a good dealer. I appreciate the free uber rides. Service rep Erryn was kind, clear, and diligent. But more importantly, one of the mechanics (or tech?) Virgilio stayed past the 3pm service closing time to ensure my lady’s vehicle was correctly serviced. Virgilio (sorry if I spelled it wrong) could have left, but he stayed, fixed the problem, and even rode with me to test drive. That is high quality service right there. I’ll try and be back in the future for the additional work needed, and I am grateful Virgilio already agreed to continue working on the vehicle personally. More
