McGovern service was very responsive to the problems with the car. They sent a tow truck to tow it back to there and kept it for almost a week to figure out the problem. I have to preface this that I traded by Lexus for the Kia, which I really love. The drawback of Srrvices I expected to see a clean car washed outside and vacuumed and cleaned inside. Imagine my disappointment when I picked up the car and not even the front windshield was washed which had spots all over it and clearly nothing was done on the inside. More
