Hi Brian, I did talk with our Service Manager on this situation. He did inform me that one time you were in the keys you needed were on back order. He also did tell me that it did take several days to get the coolant tank for you. Unfortunately this is stuff that is out of our hands. We can only produce what is available for parts from the factory. Needless to say Dodge dropped the ball on this one. We even tried to find a used part for you as an alternative. It does not make this ok however. We do apologize again, when you are ready for your next oil change please come and see us and it will be FREE of charge.
