Found that the Toyota Dealers around Haverhill Ma Suck. they would not lisen to what I was saying just trying to get more Money. Treted me like I was someone. I hate playing games and the bullshit with it but wow no crap just help win I need it. My Doughter bought a car and so did I and my son will be going there also win He's ready. We are both very Happy and will let every one know about there service. I recently visited McGee Toyota Pre-owned SuperStore hoping to buy a 2005 Toyota Prius I had seen online. When I arrived at the dealership, Ahmed Ragab, the extremely professional and friendly car deale hoping to buy a 2005 Toyota Prius I had seen online. When I arrived at the dealership, Ahmed Ragab, the extremely professional and friendly car dealer who helped me, informed me it had been sold. However, he showed me two other Prius in my price range (a 20065 and a 2009) and I test drove both. Ahmed was able to answer all of my questions about the cars and ensured me that he could make either work for my monthly budget--he wanted me to make my decision based strictly on which car I wanted. He followed through and I am thrilled to be an owner of a 2009 Toyota Prius. I would definitely recommend working with McGee and Ahmed in particular as he was helpful and enthusiastic without being overbearing or putting pressure on me. I couldn't be happier with my experience--or my new car! More

Just bought a 2010 Rav4 Limited. Although there are many negative comments on this site due to misleading pricing practices, I think as long as you do your research you can get a good deal. He went over EVERY option on the new Rav4 with me. He even set up my cell bluetooth. He made sure I knew how to operate every possible option on the vehicle. Albertino was a very nice guy. When I bought my used Jeep, he had only been on the job for 2 weeks so I felt he didn't try to "bs" me. The dealership, however, does not provide you with their 125 point Jeep, he had only been on the job for 2 weeks so I felt he didn't try to "bs" me. The dealership, however, does not provide you with their 125 point check list they supposedly put the car through. All in all it is tough to get any service history from these people. I also was unhappy because they sold me the car without switching the remaining 7 yr./70,000 mile warranty in my name. I'm going to have to pay an extra $ 150 to do this which I think is deceptive. If you are a dealer, you should sell the new owners the car AND any warranties it has remaining. More

I viewed a truck on mcgee's web site,it looked good and the price wasn't bad. today my wife and i traveled an hour and a half,drove the truck and liked it.i figured since ther was some body damage i could the price wasn't bad. today my wife and i traveled an hour and a half,drove the truck and liked it.i figured since ther was some body damage i could get $500 off the price.that is when he explaned the service and other fees the truck was listed on the web site for $9,813 and he told me i could have the truck for $11,900 WTF? IF YOU LIKE GETTING SCREWED THEN MCGEE IS FOR YOU.after leaving mcgee disgusted i was traveling on 3 north and spotted toyota of braintree (tufakjian toyota) i was so impressed i bought a brand new truck. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Ahmed at McGee Toyota Preowned. I was a bit skeptical about the dealership as I had a terrible experience with McGee Chevy in Raynham. Ahmed was very personable and professional throughout the entire process. I bought my used Tahoe yesterday and woke up this morning to a dead battery. I had to remind myself that this happens often with used cars as they sit on the lot and batteries tend to need to be replaced. I called Ahmed on his cell phone to ask him what they could do for me if I towed it to the dealership. He replied, "I live right down the street from you. Do you want me to come and give you a jump and then you can drive it to the dealer for a new battery or a charge?" Five minutes later, he was standing in my driveway (in his PJ's) with a battery jumper. He jumped the car for me and told me that Dotti would take care of me at the dealership. Dotti was very accommodating and professional. The car was seen immediately and issue rectified. I would consider Ahmed's efforts to be far above and beyond expectations. More

The bigerst lier and thief i ever saw specialy Sofiane The bigerst lier and thief i ever saw specialy Sofiane bough a 04 nissan quest ther and the day i went to pick up the car wasnt service brakes was n The bigerst lier and thief i ever saw specialy Sofiane bough a 04 nissan quest ther and the day i went to pick up the car wasnt service brakes was never done had flat tire tire pressure light wasnt working and noise wen you started the car the dealer made 1000 promisses saying they was going to fix the fix the tire wen i was almost home i had to stop because i had flat again well got home the dvd wasnt working and they told me everything was working called jose and he said he was going to take care all the problem and i drove 1 hr and 30 min from my home to the dealer and i drop the car off for get the service done 2 weeks later they told me they wont fix the dvd and the had done all the other service i went to get the car and nothing was dont to the car i mean nothing beside big fight with them they took the dvd out and send out to fix i took the car to nissan dealer to see what was done to the car and they never done any service in the car also the noise i was hearing in the engine was the timming chain tension and they never fixed debie from service told me to bring the car to nissan to reset the time pressure light and jose is a witness and after i had the service done they told me the wont be responsible for it so i had to pay for the bill so pretty much the worse experience in my life i had and im also sales person i would never treat my customers that way ... thats why this dealer ship have the worse reputation on dealer track well i contacted the attoney general and they said i can apply for lemmon law well good thing i know the law really well and soon this will be all over and ill be able to buy a car with is safe for my wife and my kids and be sure wont be from that place ever again!!!! i hope you guys run out bussiness because the reputation you guys have you shouldnt be in bussisness....
