I bought a lexus from here and the technician who did the brakes to resell the car had 0 idea of what he or she was doing and installed them incorrectly and now costing me a huge sum of money to fix. Maybe "factory trained" should mean factory trianed and not just joe smoe off the street. My advice is dont trust a thing that is said More

Very Good Car Buying Experience We went to McGee because we were looking to buy either a Toyota RAV or a Honda CRV and McGee had used versions of both. My wife wanted to test drive We went to McGee because we were looking to buy either a Toyota RAV or a Honda CRV and McGee had used versions of both. My wife wanted to test drive both cars, before deciding which one she liked. We parked in the new car side and were met by Peter C. Peter pointed us to the used car side and suggested we speak to his friend over there, but to come back if we had questions. We looked at the used Honda and several RAVs they had in stock. As we walked back to where we had parked, Peter suggested we test drive the RAV. My wife took out a brand new LE (base model). When we returned, he asked if she wanted to drive one of the used RAVs we had looked at. We drove a 2013 RAV limited (high end), but it had almost 40,000 miles on it. The price between the new and the used cars was not significant. At the end of the day, we decided to buy a new car. My wife just felt it was a better deal and Peter helped us thru the process. He explained all the benefits of a new car and everything Toyota has to offer. At the end of the day, I felt like we got a good car for a very good price. I don't always feel that way after buying a car. More
Pre-owned vehicles I exchanged a few emails with Bert Reed at this dealership before visiting yesterday. He was nice, and not overbearing. He told me to ask for Mike Racicot,which I did, and he had another salesman get the cars for me that I was interested in looking at. That gentleman told me Mike would talk numbers with me afterwards. I test drove a few cars, and after each one, they asked me what I thought. The salesman was pretty aggressive and started talking number with me instead of having Mike do so, and he really tried to push me into buying one of the cars on the spot. Mind you, this was before reviewing financing, etc,and I told him I wouldn't be making a decision then, but wanted to think about it for a day or two, to which he said he understood, but he didnt behave like it, and this went on for awhile. When he couldn't get me to sign on the dotted line, he got his manager to talk to me. Same thing. I know they were doing their job, but really, it was like neither one of them heard a word a said. What bothered me the most, I mean really bothered me, and is the reason I will never return there...and I encourage others not to do so either....is when speaking with the salesman, I described how one vehicle veered off to one side so that I was concerned something was wrong with it, and he just acted like he didn't hear me...he never addressed it. This says that this dealership is willing to knowingly sell a car to someone that they know has something wrong with it. More
Guaranteed Savings Certificate Not We were in the market for a new 2015 Highlander XLE. We received a "Guaranteed Savings Certificate" through a well know consumers organization for a H We were in the market for a new 2015 Highlander XLE. We received a "Guaranteed Savings Certificate" through a well know consumers organization for a Highlander well below MSRP. Grant you the certificate states that the quote was for an in stock vehicle. I realize McGee did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock but I figured they would work with us. I contacted Amanda Kelly, Internet Sales Manager, with what we were looking for. I received a reply back from Bert Reed stating that they were selling the Highlanders at MSRP. I worked with two other dealers in the area that offered what we wanted. One dealer offered the vehicle at 5.5% below MSRP and the other at 6.3% below MSRP. I guess McGee Toyota did not want our business. More

bad experience, wast my time! Very bad experience today! I made a appointment with this dealership three days ago for test drive a pre-owned RAV4, and confirmed the time and availa Very bad experience today! I made a appointment with this dealership three days ago for test drive a pre-owned RAV4, and confirmed the time and availability yesterday. This morning, after driving one and half hour, I was told the RAV4 was not there, even not traded in yet. That's not the most ridiculous part! The salesman even said I could still buy it today without even seeing it. What???!!! Who can spend tens of thousands dollars to buy a car without test drive? I'm so disappointed on this dealership, and will never ever waste my time to go there anymore! More

I went to McGee Toyota in Hanover at a friend's suggestion and was VERY impressed! I dealt with a Salesman named Alex Bruno and was amazed with his product knowledge and sincere enthusiasm for Toyota. He patiently answered all my questions and also offered information that I had not thought to ask.I found him to be very courteous and for once I actually felt like a valued customer! Alex helped me to find the perfect car within my price range ( a 2015 Camry) and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this dealership for all of the services they offer but I especially recommend and am grateful to Alex for turning what could have been a very stressful process into a pleasant one.
