Bait-and-Switch It started as a pleasurable experience, with coffee, cookies, pastries. We test-drove a dark-gray Tacoma SR, liked it, and started talking details: - new Tacoma SR - 4x4 - cruise control - steps - white or silver, dark color was unacceptable When he heard Cruise Control, Joe sales suddenly sounded aggravated, almost angry: "You can't have that. They don't make that". The dark gray Tacoma SR we test-drove had cruise control... Rocco came over to talk, and we started talking numbers. I told Joe first, and rocco next, that we were looking for pricing only: we'll be visiting the three Toyota dealerships in the area, and we'd come back to the one with the best price after the weekend, likely Monday. The sales rep turned up the pressure, told us the price was only good today. He took away the detailed paper with "The Best Price after Trade-In" that he had signed, and jotted $23,750 on the spec printout of the dark gray Tacoma we drove. When we started to pack up and leave, Joe and Rocco realized we wouldn't sign today, and instantly lost his their mood and attention, simply turned his back and walked away, forgetting to shake hands or saying goodbye. ------------------------------------------ We came back the next day to finalize the deal with yesterday's written price in hand. We asked Joe about their fees, found an extra $840 Destination Fee that neither Sullivan or Tufankjian charge. The junior rep told us that the $23,750 quote was for the dark-gray truck, that we specifically told them yesterday we did not want, and replaced it with a $26,200 quote for a withe or silver Tacoma. I verified the number, then told the Joe "we're done", and started to get up. The Joe simply turned around and walked away, skipping the handshake and saying goodbye . More

The only thing I will say is that the finance guy was incredibly rude, arrogant, and uncaring.. but I guess that doesn't matter because Ray's helpful attitude even after the sale made up for that for sure!!! No one wants to call back to resolve issue I bought a used 2015 Toyota Rav 4 within 300 miles of my purchase my left rear brake caliper fell off. 40mph and no brakes. I called dealership from side of road and I was old these things happen when you buy a used car. No Dotty in used car service brake calipers do not fall off unless someone did not tighten bolts. I asked for a manager I called 6 different times left messages with Managers no one called me back. I asked about a rental and mentioned I needed a rental with hand controls was told they didn't have one. Mentioned ADA compliance and needed to speak to a manger. The only one who attempted to help was Tim in service. He spoke to a manager who got approval for repairs. Mr Roscoe who had 3 messages left for him called me back 4 days later saying it was a mistake and he was sorry. Really??? I could have been killed or killed someone. I spoke to corporate and Michelle at the dealership called and she was checking into it that was a week ago. I even left a message for Ahmed salesman guess he doesn't care he got his commission. I am still waiting on an answer about the compliance of ADA rules. Guess I am being forced to file a complaint with ADA also. And BBB and Attorney Generals office and legal advice. This all could have been resolved if they returned calls More

Purchase of 4 runner I knew I wanted a 4 runner and John V. at McGee Toyota quickly brought out a couple to compare and test drive.
