WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!!! over priced as xxxx, rude employees that are actually a bunch of idiots running it. they also have no idea what they're doing. save yourself the aggra over priced as xxxx, rude employees that are actually a bunch of idiots running it. they also have no idea what they're doing. save yourself the aggravation and hassle by just going to somewhere else. i wholeheartedly regret purchasing my car (which has been damaged since i bought it and they claim warranty does not cover it). my car also was not detailed, i found a dirty bandaid under the seat and it was given to me on E (after they said they would fill the tank). trash of a dealership! i also called and was hung up on mid sentence by the finance department. each and every one of the salespeople are xxxxxxxx and don't know how to do their job properly. Very satisfied from beging to the end. My wife and I were greeted by sales person Brandon Soto. We were looking for a vehicle to dingy tow behind our RV. Brandon informed us that a Sonic al My wife and I were greeted by sales person Brandon Soto. We were looking for a vehicle to dingy tow behind our RV. Brandon informed us that a Sonic along with the Malibu could be flat towed. I asked to see it in writing and he produced paper work on the Sonic confirming that it could be flat towed. We picked out a Sonic and test drove it and we decided to buy vehicle. My wife then changed her mind with color (black) and ended up with a mocha colored Sonic. Now she didn"t like the grey interrior and Brandon said they could install black leather heated seating which is what she wanted. Sonic was ready in two days and were completley satisfied with the end result. Brandon Soto was by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Very understanding, polite, not pushy like others I,ve dealt with. More

I was rooked in by these thieves from day one!!!!!! I bought a trax from them being told it had cruise control in it and I found out that they lied to me!!!!!!! After that horrible experience Ray the sales manager claimed that he'd make it right. He sold me a joke of an upgrade and claimed to put heated seats in it. Well it turns out they could only as they claimed put heat only in the back of the passenger seat because of an air bag sensor in the seat and these people seriously expected me to just take their lies for a second time!!!!!!! I made them put heat in the proper places of a real heated seat after fighting with them with a vengeance!!!!!!!! So in closing, after screwing with me twice they expect a good review from me????? These xxxxxxxx need to be dealt with!!!!!!! I didn't even touch on how they put all of these hard inquiries so n my credit report without my permission!!!!!!!! These thieves need to take their own medicine that they gave to me!!!!!!!they are thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Manny was very professional and great to speak with, and he quickly engaged his management to see if a deal could be made. There was very little sales pitch and wasted time. Unfortunately, we were not able to reach a deal, but I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of Manny and his team, and the efficient way the whole experience was handled. I'd gladly return in the future. More

CUSTOMER DISRESPECT AT IT'S BEST Without question, the McGee buying experience was by far the worst of my lifetime. I have purchased many vehicles and never could have imagined that Without question, the McGee buying experience was by far the worst of my lifetime. I have purchased many vehicles and never could have imagined that a dealership operates the way McGee Chevrolet does. There is clearly a culture within the dealership that reflects a complete lack of appreciation for the customer. On the night of the purchase I was introduced to Jamie McKay. He mentioned that I should be sure to recommend McGee to others. After my experience I have an altered opinion of McGee Chevrolet. It is evident that the customer is neither appreciated nor respected. The staff could have made it right but elected not to for whatever reason. The staff failed to even offer an apology for the less than professional behavior of several of the staff members. The unprofessional staff includes Sales Management and Finance staff. I could not believe that a member of the Finance staff actually blocked a doorway. I now understand some of the many adverse reviews that have been posted. At the end of the day I got the used vehicle I wanted at what I believe to be a fair price, but was treated with disrespect and contempt. I regret that I did not walk away. I will not soon forget the buying experience that I had with McGee Chevrolet and I will be sure to share it with others. JA More

Worst dealer First off none of the salesman knew the price of the truck so they said a number and after the test drive they said a higher price. They said they fixed the brakes but I'm an automotive tech and have been working in the industry for some time now and I'll tell you they did nothing. I ended up just taking the truck because they were so hard to deal with. More
