We contacted the sales person and have yet to receive the promised mats. Recently I brought my vehicle in for break service, i was quoted $500.00 on the phone after discussing the coupon I had received in the mail from the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership I was given a estimate of between 700 -800 dollars. I was told I misunderstood the person on the phone. When i questioned the coupon i was told that was not able to be used due to my vehicle type. Additionally in reviewing the written estimate for the work i noticed the quote stated i had 'rusted lug nuts' that needed to be replaced. This left me feeling like i was being taken for a fool as well as extremely concerned as i had just had a complementary oil change which also lists a safety inspection as part of the process. All of these reasons leaves me feeling i can no longer trust this dealership as i was either sold a truck that was not safe or allowed to drive a vehicle after the last oil change that was not safe. I would not currently recommend them for purchase of vehicles or repair services. All said and done my local repair shop completed the break pad and rotar replacement for $680.00, the lug nuts were reported to have no issues. More

After leaving a deposit and not applying the deposit to principal it seems the will not choose to refund your deposit. I have tried writing emails to McGee upper management contacing my salesman directly and calling/visiting the store with no success. Not sure if this is part of some bigger scam for you to forget and them to keep your money or not but thats where it will feel like it is going. I am going on approx. 2 weeks since purchasing the car and have been told twice that my deposit will be going back into my bank in a few days. DO NOT LEAVE ANY MONEY WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK**** More

Visited other dealerships in the area and this place did not offer the discounts that customers are entitled to. And to make matters worse, they gave us the full MSRP price while lying directly to our faces telling us that we were paying the dealer's price. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Left such a bad feeling that I'm not sure I even want to buy from GM. They should have better dealers representing their brand. More

The salesperson asked for our registration and keys prior to allowing a test drive of the car we were interested in. He then told us we should look at a different car, because he could not take our trade-in (which we had purchased there, new) and come up with affordable terms. We decided to leave ,but he had our registration and keys. He the offered to take the vehicle for a test drive to Walmart ,since that was where we had told him we needed to go. We said no,Thanks.The salesman went to see his manager, to try and convince us to buy at that time. After about 30 minutes he came back with another offer. We said "no thanks, please give us our keys so we can leave."He left again,we asked the receptionist to call the salesman back, or We would call the police. We felt like we were held there despite having said we wanted to leave. . At that time a manager came over and asked if something was wrong. We explained how we had just been treated. He apologized and took us for a test drive. We didn't like the vehicle. We then got our keys back and left. More

We bought it used a few months ago at McGee with 7 months and 20 something K miles left on the mfr warranty. I made a mid morning appointment to have it fixed. Knowing I was waiting, the service rep had someone look at it right away. In less than an hour, the problem was diagnosed though they didn't have the necessary parts in stock. the service rep let me know and we arranged another appointment the next week when the part would be in. All in all an excellent experience. More

I am the kind of person that needs to put everything on a balance, specially because I was deciding between a few vehicles. I ended up buying the car from them the next day I went to look again at the car. More than 7 days has passed and I haven't receive my new registration, after emailing them they are now trying to figure out when they will send it to me. They have the registration for a few days now. I will definitely avoid doing business with this dealership. More

When we met with the salesman Sam, the only concern he had was how much in payments we could make. We were not told the sales price until the deal was made. He made us feel that we were getting this great deal, when it was far from it!! When do you ever walk away with a new truck on the same day of sale without paperwork on the financing?? Went to pick up the paperwork a few days later and to get an inspection sticker and was told the paperwork on the financing was still not ready yet. Seems to me that my husband was honest when he told me he signed and initialed a blank sales agreement. Totally felt humiliated by the finance director Anthony when he basically told my husband he was lying and that the finance manager went over all the numbers and the form had been completed.. Sorry, who do you want to believe??? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.. Finally received the financial paperwork in the mail and only to find that they sneakily signed us up for two extra protection contracts ($2,000 plus another $900). They included this in the original monthly payment. My husband told the Finance person John that we did not want any extra protection. Trying to resolve this issue with them is a waste of time. They won't have the loan re-written, they won't send us a check for $2900.00 since we will be making payments. They told us we would just not have to make payments for the entire length of the loan. This was their deception and we will have to pay interest on the truck including the extra protection they added to the loan without permission. More

The sales associate Brandon made sure he showed me everything they had before sitting me down to talk pricing. He wanted to make sure I really found what is was that I was looking for before making the sale. Once we sat down Brian, the sales manager, was very reasonable in his negotiating. We found a number that worked for both myself and McGee Chevrolet. Even after there was a slight error found after the truck was purchased they made sure that it was resolved in a timely manor. They also made sure that I was 100% happy with their resolution to the problem. I would absolutely do business with them again. More
