Not only did he have it cleaned, a full tank of gas, but also parked up front with a red bow on in! Presentation speaks louder than words! I test drove while he had my trade in appraised, so I wasn't waiting around ever. After a 10 minute spin, I was in. Logan, Ryan and Rico worked my numbers - heard my objections and overcame them without making me feel pressured, taken advantage of, or undervalued. The finance process with Rico was smooth, quick and great to have a finance guy talk to me about things OTHER than what he can sell me, too. Very unhappy with salesperson After putting a deposit down on a car she said she could get from another dealership, Leah lied to us about the car and told us the other dealership h After putting a deposit down on a car she said she could get from another dealership, Leah lied to us about the car and told us the other dealership had sold it. She said she would keep her eyes open for another car of the same model and let us know once she found one. After trying to contact her for a week she never returned one call to us. We later found out through our own research that the car she said was sold at the other dealership was never actually sold. The other dealership showed us the conversation they had with her. Very unhappy with her dishonesty towards us and completely ignoring us on top of that. More
