She informed me of the situation, spoke to Brad Jaggi and followed up on all. I couldn’t ask for anything more than her initial handling. When I spoke with Brad Jaggi he went over the top in handling my situation. To work with my situation was more time consuming and he had to do a bit of traveling, but he came thru nicely. He completely understood my situation and together we solved the problem of purchasing the car. I would easily refer his professionalism and ‘customer first’ style to any potential buyer of a car in the Tri-cities area.
