Good job I brought my 2017 Honda Ridgeline in for some warranty work and Ryan LaFord was my service advisor. Parts were not in stock to complete the repair, so I brought my 2017 Honda Ridgeline in for some warranty work and Ryan LaFord was my service advisor. Parts were not in stock to complete the repair, so parts were ordered. A few days later I brought my truck in to have the parts installed, however the new parts did not fix the issue. Ryan offered to provide me with a courtesy while the service department worked to resolve my issue. Ryan kept me up-to-date and made my experience as good as it could be. Ryan is the guy I will go to for my service needs. Two thumbs up! More
