Purchase of a 2017 Ram 1500 Adrienne and the internet manger (Quincy) were great. Adrienne took as much time as I wanted to answer as many questions as I had. Daryl in finance Adrienne and the internet manger (Quincy) were great. Adrienne took as much time as I wanted to answer as many questions as I had. Daryl in finance was good as well. He gave me the pitch on the extended warranties but fairly low pressure compared with most finance managers I have dealt with at other dealers. He did an excellent job of explaining all of the 5 or so options for extending warranties but I never felt like he was forcing me to decide on something that was not right for me. I am not sure why each step of the process took sooo long, since I came to the dealership knowing what I wanted and we agreed on a very fair price very quickly. The fact that it took at least twice as long (4 hours) as I thought it should was frustrating. I will say Adrienne did a good job of making sure I was comfortable during the delays. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as any I have had for a vehicle purchase. More
