Derek, the salesperson, spent a few hours with me finding the truck that would be the right fit. We looked at a few different trucks and he helped me find the Big Horn I would end up buying. It has been a week since my purchase and I couldn't be any happier. I do wish it already had a spray in bedliner but that is the only thing that I could think to add. More

Sales - Sales Manager - Mislead/Lied too Sales Manger wasn't helpful in getting me the kind of vehicle I wanted. Instead he was intent on selling a used vehicle he wanted to sell. I have been Sales Manger wasn't helpful in getting me the kind of vehicle I wanted. Instead he was intent on selling a used vehicle he wanted to sell. I have been a customer for years. I have bought 5 new vehicles from them and one used vehicle. I knew the manager, who before he was the manager sold me cars, and I knew the manager before him. I was looking for a vehicle and the sales manager, (not real sure of his exact title because he was never actual introduced to me), and he told me what I would call lies, I would say he mislead me but I can't find a way to stretch and turn the truth enough to just call it misleading. The thing of it is, it was so easy to see the truth, I just had to log on to their website and the figures, and the window stickers were right there. I talked to the manager the next day, did he say sorry, no. He didn't try to say, it must be a misunderstanding and apologies for that or anything. Wow, 15 years of being a faithful customer, including my daughter buying from them, and nothing. Bottom line, no trust, if they would lie to a recurring and faithful customer, well. I went somewhere else and bought a car. More

Feeling Sad and Angry It is with sadness, much disappointment and anger that I have written this review. I purchased my vehicle at least Summit Dodge approximately 2 years It is with sadness, much disappointment and anger that I have written this review. I purchased my vehicle at least Summit Dodge approximately 2 years ago. It was a very good experience and was happy with the dealership. So when I had mechanical problems with the vehicle, 10 minutes from the dealership and approximately an hour from my home. I thought I would stop by and have them look at the situation. After the mechanics looked at my vehicle, it was strongly advised that I not drive the vehicle. I was given an estimate on the repairs. Not being an expert in Auto Repair, the terrible sounds coming from the vehicle and the advice not to drive the vehicle from the dealership, I chose to have them make the repairs at the estimated price. The vehicle would not be complete until the following day. That evening talking to an auto mechanic I was told that the estimate may actually be double of what the repairs should cost. When I went to pick the vehicle up the next day, and inquired about the cost of the repairs, I was told that I should have been concerned the prior day before I okayed the repairs at that price. Because I okay the estimated cost I was bound to that cost. My bill for the repairs was not itemized out. Nor does it itemized the parts or the book rate of the labor. When inquired I was told this is what I agreed to and this is what it is. The original service writer was unavailable at the time, and I was told he would get back with me. But as of the writing of this review, 4 days later, no one has contacted me. Nor does my bill tell me what labor was performed or what parts were put on my vehicle. I have never been to a dealership that has not itemized out a repair bill. I am not happy about the amount of money I paid for this repair, but I did agree to the pricing prior to the repair. What I am the most upset and disappointed about is the way I was handled when I made inquiries to the repairs, the cost, and any warranties or guarantees on parts and or labor. I felt I was being deceived and lied to. I have been contacted by no one at the dealership. I feel all I am to Lee's Summit Dodge is quick dollars in their pocket to the tune of over 1,600 of those dollars. Poor! Poor! Way of handling a customer.
