This dealership has a great service team. As a former ASE technician that now works as an independent vehicle inspector for automotive extended warranty companies I work with many dealerships. I have worked with Jonathan Schreimann,for almost 6 years on inspections for his customers vehicles that warranty company requires 3rd party inspection to approve a claim. I choose to drive out of my way to have my vehicle serviced at Lee Summit Dodge Jeep. Why because the service team doesn't use high pressure or scare tactics on their customers. I have visited other dealers that know me and what I do and they still try and strong arm me into repairs I don't need. Insults my intelligence and makes me wonder how many people have been taken. I watch and listen to how service advisers talk to customers and with my background and experience I know the good from the bad. I won't recommend a bad dealership to friends and family. Friendly and professional. Very accommodating. We bought a used 2013 Ram 1500. It was in good condition with 107000 mi on it. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed. Our sales rep Alex Norris was very user friendly. He address all the issues promptly, even paying for a lisence plate light clip out of his own pocket to repair a lose light. It was very cold with a stiff wind, Alex got down on the asphalt under the truck and tried to install the clip himself. I told him not to worry about it. I could get down there in more favorable conditions and fix it. More
