I arrived at 830 for a 9am appointment, at 10am it was still in the service lot. By 1030 I went to get my vehicle, no service writer. I took my 22 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup in for an oil change and check the alignment at 7:30 today. Around 3:30 I started calling to see if my truck was ready, their phones for service just kept ringing over an and check the alignment at 7:30 today. Around 3:30 I started calling to see if my truck was ready, their phones for service just kept ringing over and over, and finally, a lady picked up and put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. So I hung up and decided to just go up there and when I was on the outer road headed there I saw my truck going the opposite direction so I pulled over and watched the driver make a u-turn and head back so I followed him. I get inside the service dept and no one was working inside finally a guy walks in and I ask if he could help me and he said: "I will after I make my call" which I always thought the person standing there should be helped before you call someone on the phone! Anyway, he calls a lady to tell her that her car was ready! Really, no one called me about my truck. So while I was waiting for the guy that was driving my truck walked in and I ask if those were my keys he was holding and he said yes, my truck is ready. So keep in mind I am there to pick up my truck and he was very friendly and nice when I asked him questions. He even went over and above and started telling me about the air suspension driving it in the winter. When we were done talking he ask the same guy if he could check me out and he responded by saying "I guess". So after I paid for my service and I also purchase a 4-pack oil change and tire rotation package. They handed me my keys and I ask where was my truck, the lady said they usually have it up front I can just hit my key button to sound off the horn. By the time I walk outside and look in the front and on the side for my truck pushing my horn that I could not hear I walk back inside where 5 men were standing and looking out the window at me and none of them offer to help me locate my truck. I told them how rude it was to bring my truck for service and not have it brought to me upfront. The truck was in the back parking lot. The thing that bothers me the most is I purchased my truck from them and the first time I took it for an oil change this older guy was standing out smoking and started walking towards my truck to drive it through the service department I told him no he could not track that smoke smell into my truck. I went inside and told them I do not want anyone who smokes to be inside my truck which would leave the smoke smell inside. Well, that same man bought my truck out front to me today and his smoke smell was all inside my truck. I guess I would be looking for another dealership to service my truck. More

Friendly staff, and while they were very busy, they made us feel at home. Would be good if they had a maintenance advisor specifically for walk ins as they were all busy for a while before being able to che us feel at home. Normally they're pretty good but they dropped the ball on my last service big time I brought my 2016 Dodge ram pickup in Thursday afternoon and dropped it off for a Friday morning service appointment my appo my last service big time I brought my 2016 Dodge ram pickup in Thursday afternoon and dropped it off for a Friday morning service appointment my appointment time was 7:45 Friday morning to have the oil changed the fuel filter changed a check engine light fixed and my automatic door locks fixed I stopped by there on my way home from work at 3:30 in the afternoon and my truck was still sitting outside and they hadn't done anything to it yet Missy shanahan was very apologetic and went back there and got on them to get the oil and fuel filter changed I do not consider any of this her fault but I was not happy with the quality of the service this time I realize I'm not the only customer and stuff happens but if they want an honest review this is an honest review I will still go to them for service in the future I do not expect any special treatment or discounts I am just telling it as it happened More
