I brought my 2015 Ram 2500 to your service dept. 02 Jan 2023 for an oil change and fuel filter change. I too mentioned a sound and smell of exhaust coming from the engine compartment. I am not a mechanic although I know what a turbo is supposed to sound like. First of all, my vehicle was promised the same day I dropped it off. I never received a call or any information whether my vehicle was done or not. The second day you had my vehicle, 03 Jan 2023, I had to call early evening to see if my vehicle was done. I was told the service advisor was not working and the female advisor would have to check. She claimed it was done. I asked her if the turbo and down pipe was looked at for any issues. She said she would have to ask the tech. She came back to me and said the tech claimed there was no issue. I asked her to check again and rev my truck and it would be noticeable. She came back and claimed no issue. At this point I did not have time to haggle about it. Then I got the invoice, number 487685, for the oil change and fuel filter change. The amount shown due was over $700.00. I was in shock. I can normally get my oil changed with filter and a 25-point inspection for about $150.00. The fuel filters I normally pay around $250. Yes, $400 OTD. I feel I was way overcharged, and my truck was still not fixed. Today, 04 Jan 2023 I took my truck to a mechanic regarding the issue I suspected with the turbo. Sure enough, 5 minutes on the rack and I was told the U Band was not connected to the turbo. Imagine that. 45 minutes later it was fixed, and I had yet another bill I had to pay of $374.56. The reason and only reason I brought my truck to your service department was because 18 months ago your dept installed my new turbo and it should have been under warranty. Well, your “Certified” technician dropped the ball on this one. I would at the minimum like to be reimbursed for the cost of getting my truck fixed properly. The amount of $ 374.56. Rest assured; I will never have any of my vehicles serviced at any of your locations. More

I brought my 2018 Wrangler in for new tires/alignment and to check out unusual shaking occasionally when traveling over 55 mph and hit road bump. The tech confirmed I needed my steering damper replaced and I greatly appreciated Jonathan being able to confirm the damper was subject to a recall, resulting in the replacement being quickly performed at no additional charge.
