If only I could have chosen zero stars. I purchased a used truck and have had nothing but issues with it. I have now taken the truck up there twice with no real good action plan I do unders I purchased a used truck and have had nothing but issues with it. I have now taken the truck up there twice with no real good action plan I do understand there are still parts that are being backordered but my service tech would NOT return any of my calls and when I would call up there to talk to him I was left on perpetual hold then sent to a voicemail system and STIL NO CALL BACK!!!! Now I have made arrangements to bring my truck BACK up there with some brand new issues and now the service tech will not be there on the day I am bringing it up and now I have to reschedule AGAIN!!!! At what point does this truck become part of the Lemon Law? WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP period! More

Brady at McCarthy Jeep was amazing to work with. He was willing to put in the work to make us satisfied customers. The deal didn’t quite work out to fit our needs but we appreciated all of his effor He was willing to put in the work to make us satisfied customers. Poor service, paperwork has been redone two times since original, was told the recall had no fix when it did, was told the gas gage didn't work at time of signing paperwork, no inspection paperwork and tem original, was told the recall had no fix when it did, was told the gas gage didn't work at time of signing paperwork, no inspection paperwork and temp tag is expired waiting on late title letter.
