Endless waiting Unfortunately, I don’t have great things to say about this dealership. My son and I were there to view and test drive a car we saw online. We went str Unfortunately, I don’t have great things to say about this dealership. My son and I were there to view and test drive a car we saw online. We went straight to the car when we got there, looked it over and then went in to talk about a test drive. We were promptly greeted when we walked in and then it all went downhill. They could not locate the keys to the car and while we patiently waited (for over an hour) we were told the car was no longer on the lot, that it must be a different year than we told them, etc. At this point I feel like I know more about the cars on their lot than they do! Keys were finally found, we drove the car, we liked it, we bought it and did all the paper work that night. The car was supposed to be cleaned up and ready for us to pick up at 10am the next morning, we got there at 10am, car wasn’t ready. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes...finally left, with the car a few minutes after 11am! So, if you have a lot of time to stand around and wait - this is the dealership for you! I don’t have that kind of time and will not purchase a vehicle from them again. More
