I couldn’t be happier with my latest experience buying another Mazda from Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The dealership is always clean, comfortable and inviting. A very special shout out to my sales consultant, Charlie Epting Jr. Charlie went above and beyond showing me different trims of the CX 90. He spent hours going over all the features and options. He answered all of my questions and worked diligently to make sure I was happy with my choice. Charlie worked hard to make sure the purchase transaction was simple and even helped with transferring my belongings from my CX 9 to my new CX 90. I also had positive interactions with Abdullah Tamari during the actual purchase transaction. Abdullah was friendly and easy to talk to. He was organized and detail oriented. He took time and explained all of the specifics of the paperwork, ensuring that I understood exactly what I was signing. I have stopped at the dealership since my purchase and was warmly greeted by Charlie. He asked if I was still happy with my purchase and asked if I had any questions regarding my new CX 90. He reiterated that he is always available should I have any questions or problems with my new Mazda. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Mazda of Wesley Chapel and when I do, I will look for Charlie and Abdullah to guide me through the process again. I could never thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism and time. Charlie and Abdullah are what makes customers want to come back! More
Terrible responsiveness. Bought a vehicle that then required service in less than 30 days due to a check-engine error. Every time I call, they say no one is available and they will call back, but after 5 calls to them over 2 days, I still have not received a call back. More
Over a month ago I took my truck in for service for a check engine light. I was able to check the codes myself and saw they were related to a letter I received from Chevrolet and was to be covered for u check engine light. I was able to check the codes myself and saw they were related to a letter I received from Chevrolet and was to be covered for up to 125,000 miles or 10 years. Neither of which my truck has reached. When I dropped my vehicle off I questioned the service writer and he assured me they would check. Then they called to tell me what was needed for the repair and I questioned them again about the special Chevrolet warranty. I was told it was not covered and I had to pay for the repair. After paying I contacted Chevrolet who in turn contacted the dealer to correct them. Then the dealer called me in so they could scan my truck again to process the refund. I paid with a credit card but was told they would send me a refund check in the mail and it would take 2 to 3 weeks. I still don't understand why my credit card was not credited back. It has been a month since I paid $1600 for repairs that were covered by warranty and they have yet to refund me my money. Not sure if the entire company runs this way but I feel like there is absolutely no customer care. More

Mr. Moon is quite amazing!!! I brought my car in for a repair this guy was so on top of it. Let me add extremely friendly. He make you feel very welcome when you enter the door. The whole crew does!! He got me in a loaner right away. He was very informative, i had a very clear understanding of what would take place. I was told my car could possibly take more than a day to be repaired. Mr. Moon called me back same day within hours, repaired. I was overwhelmly surprised and completely satisfied. Job well done Wesley Chapel Mazda!!! Hats of to Mr. Holwing Moon!!
