After leaving a review on Google I received a phone call that left me the following message. 18132797577 Deposited a new message: "This is reset, Chevy. Um, after seeing your review on Google, apparently when you came in that Monday, your paperwork did not get processed. Um, and you said you could only come in on Monday, which unfortunately was my day off. Um I now work Mondays if it's, if Monday is still the case, that that's the only day you can come in, but you can please come in as soon as possible because paperwork has to be done to get you that check refund. Uh, sorry for the inconvenience and, um, I'm not sure who dropped the ball on the Monday. It came in when I wasn't here, but my name is Reece like a Reese hitch. Thank you. Bye." Both times my call went to voice mail and I had to leave a message and have yet to get a call back. If this does not reflect your customer service standards, I am asking what can you do to make this right. I feel, to date I have been very patient about your process and clearly that had no reward. I will be happy to bring my truck it so it can be scanned but I need to know that I will get my refund at that time.
