Mazda of Wesley Chapel has been my preferred dealer since my wife purchased her first Mazda 6 in 2016, she then purchased a 2018 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Reserve in 2018. My recent purchase of my 2021 Mazda CX my wife purchased her first Mazda 6 in 2016, she then purchased a 2018 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Reserve in 2018. Terrible responsiveness. Bought a vehicle that then required service in less than 30 days due to a check-engine error. Every time I call, they say no one is available and they will call back, but after 5 calls to them over 2 days, I still have not received a call back. More
