Good price, not great experience My father and I went to Mazda of roswell in search of a used Miata. We were very impressed that many of their used models have low mileage and are in My father and I went to Mazda of roswell in search of a used Miata. We were very impressed that many of their used models have low mileage and are in very good condition. The sales people were friendly and helpful. After test driving, we decided to purchase. Everything was fairly streamlined and we agreed upon a price and signed quickly. After signing, the salesman showed us a carfax reporting multiple counts of damage. We were really upset about this because we had been previously told that the car had a clean carfax. It was also really annoying that they negated to tell us that they had lost the spare key for the car until after we had finished all paperwork. Overall, we would recommend Mazda of Roswell because their cars are in good condition and the prices are fair, but be very careful before actually signing on a car with them. More

Excellent Service team I had to change under carriage liner. When I went to spares Dept, he suggested that I speak to service so that they can lift up vehicle and di complet I had to change under carriage liner. Good Experience Overall My wife and bought a well kept used car from this dealership and the salesmen were great to work with. I do have a few items that I would like to hav My wife and bought a well kept used car from this dealership and the salesmen were great to work with. I do have a few items that I would like to have taken as constructive criticism. 1. If a buyer ask you for a copy of the 123 point inspection that was done. Provide it. 2. If a buyer is driving 6 hours to look at a vehicle and inquires about the condition, please disclose all issues that they need to know of. Let them know up front that the trunk actuator motor is not working, and a key has to be used to open the trunk before they make the 6 hour drive. 3. I realize when buying a used car in "AS IS" condition, you are taking a risk, especially if you don't buy a warranty. With that being said, this car is in need of a steering rack. This wasn't apparent as there were not many curves taken at high speeds during our test driving. We discovered this driving back home from the dealership. It seems that this was something that went unnoticed by us and the dealership even though they conducted a 123 point inspection but failed to provide a copy of what they inspected. I do appreciate the service records from the Mazda Service Center, but I have no way of knowing what the 123 point inspection consisted of. More

Chelsie took us on a test drive in the CX-5 and explained the different bells and whistles in the car, which I loved. We came back a few days later for a second test drive and ended up buying the car. The dealership was very reasonable in price and worked hard to earn our business. The buying process was easy, especially the eDoc signing system they use. We were out with our new car in about 3 hours after arriving. The car was detailed while we waited and looks great. Everyone was very welcoming. The dealership is undergoing renovations which is great—it’s going to look nice once it’s done! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
