Absolutely terrible Guaranteed Buyers remorse, they sold me a junk car I know there's risk with used cars but still I have had it in their shop more times than iv driven Guaranteed Buyers remorse, they sold me a junk car I know there's risk with used cars but still I have had it in their shop more times than iv driven it. They tell me it's fixed and then I leave and it shuts off while I'm driving on the highway going 60 miles an hour They were very good with giving me loaners with no deposite because I can not afford it, then all of a sudden when john Bryant leaves who was incredibly helpful they can't do a thing for me I'm stuck with a broken car because I can't afford a loaner and they consistently tell me one thing An then go back on it I was in there today An the manager greg and chris were actually raising there voices yelling at me, very in professional one star is way to good to be giving them, super unprofessional I would only reccomend this place if you like being ripped off, lied to, yelled at, waiting several hours to be ripped off yelled at etc. 10 thumbs down More

Never tried up-selling me, and nobody's tried to sell me a car while waiting for service. Nice waiting area, didn't give me a hard time about my pit bull with me. But- when I was getting recall work done, they kept telling me, "not much longer..." for four hours. Today, just an oil change and tire rotation. I've been here for THREE HOURS. With an appointment. They told me the car was "in wash" thirty minutes ago. The most expensive oil change I've ever had. More
Honest people, did the work I asked and did it right. I trust this service center. They make sure I know what my car needs but they are not pushy when suggesting it. Service department is DISHONEST at best!!! My daughter has had her car for almost 3 years. GREAT car but today several lights came on..check engine being one. We recently had Grieco Mazda ope My daughter has had her car for almost 3 years. GREAT car but today several lights came on..check engine being one. We recently had Grieco Mazda open in our area so she called them. They told her she had to immediately come in for them to look at it to see what the problem is. When she arrived Bradley took her car THEN told her it would be 115.00 "check it out fee" which would then be applied to any work they did. This was NEVER disclosed when she called. I would have taken it to my personal mechanic to "check it out" without any charge. I just spoke with them and told them to release her car immediately but Bradley had "just left". They wanted to be paid before they would release it. HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST! I just called another dealership who said they have heard NUMEROUS issues with the service department "creating" problems for thousands!!! CONSUMER BEWARE. More
