Oil change and tire rotation I recently had my wife's Mazda3 serviced ... oil change and tire rotation. My question about why synthetic (more expensive) needed to be used was answ I recently had my wife's Mazda3 serviced ... oil change and tire rotation. My question about why synthetic (more expensive) needed to be used was answered well. It was recommended that in addition to the oil change, a tire rotation and other service (clean out fuel injector?) were recommended. I agreed to tire rotation, not to the other. Service agent was not pushy about the recommendation, which I appreciated since us consumers are leery of the "beyond what we need" service push that is too often part of the conversation when getting a car serviced. I will return to this service center. More

Good car purchase experience, disappointed by service dept. I had a very good car buying experience. Larry was very helpful and patient and took the time to go through all the different colors of the vehicle I I had a very good car buying experience. Larry was very helpful and patient and took the time to go through all the different colors of the vehicle I was interested in. Justin from the finance department was also very helpful and did not waste our time selling useless protection plans and stuff. So overall a very good car buying experience. However, I was really disappointed by their service/ detailing department. On the day that I brought the car home, I noticed that it had a lot of dust on the inside and near the door hinges and when I went back to the dealership to get it cleaned, they didn't do a very good again and I was left with the same dust inside the car. I also noticed a scratch on the left passenger door which really upset me since it's a new car. More
