Quick and Complete I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment but they got maintenance started right away. Memo came upstairs to check if I wanted the tires rotate I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment but they got maintenance started right away. Memo came upstairs to check if I wanted the tires rotated since the mileage was close to needing it, so they did that also. They washed my Mazda 6 for me and I was on my way quickly. Magic About 2 months ago, I had been there for service on my 2004 mazda6 and decided to ask for a test drive of a 2016 mazda6 gt while waiting for my car. B About 2 months ago, I had been there for service on my 2004 mazda6 and decided to ask for a test drive of a 2016 mazda6 gt while waiting for my car. Brandon Baldeshwiler said sure and we were on our way. He did a good job explaining what to expect on acceleration, braking and handling. When we returned we spoke about cars in general and he is quite knowledgeable. I was impressed. So when I came back later to order to purchase, I did not see the color I wanted and I thought it would take weeks, maybe months. Michael Hackett came out and said he found one and it could possibly be here today. I could not believe it. I was given a loaner to get home. Half way home, cell rings and Brandon says your car is here and you can pick it up now. WHAT! I turn around, come back to dealership. Brandon took my groceries and put them in refrigerator while I waited. About ten minutes later I'm driving down the street in my brand new car! I was very,very tired and it was a long day for me. I was not expecting to be in a new car the same day. So, I was not as excited as I could have been. So, thanks to Brandon and all those that were part of the process. And thanks Justin Anderson. I have been coming here for service for quite a while and they are awesome! More
fine job The only service I had on new car is the vs 2000. It took a bit longer than was told but that was fine. Once I took the car out of into the sun light, The only service I had on new car is the vs 2000. It took a bit longer than was told but that was fine. Once I took the car out of into the sun light, you could see smudges and white powder on and in the car. I went back in to service department and told them. Two gentlemen came right out and wiped down the entire car, inside and out. They also informed me if you see any more white powder it will dry and fall off. If not, just bring car back and they will take care of it. More

She took the time to build a good working relationship with me. There was none of the stress and aggravation you'd expect when purchasing a car. She has a knack of talking to you like we've known each other for years. Our relationship started with e-mails. Nothing major, no pressure , just her letting me know the price of the vehicle, if it was in stock, her work times etc. I was trying to decide what color CX-5 to purchase. Every car I've owned has been blue. I did not want the light interior. (throwback to my child). She patiently went trough each color that had the dark interior. Between her and my daughter (who said the Red would rejuvenate me), I chose red. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership and more important this sales consultant to anyone who asks. More
