My experience at CJWilsn My husband and I went to CJWilson on Saturday 8/13 to test drive a 2016 Madza CX5. We met Larry Taylor who took us for a test drive. My husband is a car buff and had research the model extensively . He also knows me very well and though we did test drive the Kia and Hyndi he knew I would live it. Also the car I was driving was my 2003 Madza 6. I had to give up my manual transmission and get a crossover SUV because of a back injury. On that day Larry was very knowlage about the vehicle , but not pushy. As I was the one buying he directed his questions to me and asked me what I needed. I'm actually. "Driver", cars aren't just about getting from point A to point B for me. And you can't hide a bad ride behind options with me. I got Larry's card, and called him on Thursday to let him know we were coming back Saturday 8/20. We went in negotiated an acceptable deal then the problem came. I was paying cash not financing the vehicle . All of of sudden $750.00 had to be added back because we weren't financing . I've never heard of being penalized for having money. Larry tried to take the blame but he couldn't . We weren't told how they came to the price we wanted. This was the price we wanted. They accepted it. Taxes were added, total price was given to us, we accepted. Then the question of financing came and then came the problem. Instead of walking out because Larry was such a great salesperson I bought a pre-owned 2016 CX5. So I got the make and model I wanted and paid a lot less than I was willing to pay. Larry and Jason were great and I went back Tuesday to purchase all weather matts and a cargo net. I called Larry he made sure they were in stock. He was waiting on me when I got there and walk me though from beginning to end., even bringing my car down to the service center so I didn't have to wait for a porter to go get it. The experience in the service center was pleasantl also. The set everything up for me, not just gave the items to me or place them in the back. I would harve given the dealership a 5 except for being penalize for paying cash. Wow your response is disappointing More
Quick effecient service!! Pleased and grateful! I went to the service department because this was the first time I had to put air in my tires and I wanted to be sure that I reset the warning light c I went to the service department because this was the first time I had to put air in my tires and I wanted to be sure that I reset the warning light correctly. The young man that helped me was very patient and informative. Sometimes I get the 'silly woman asking a silly question' look and tone, but not this time. The young man had the tires checked....just in case.....and it turns out that I had a nail in one tire! They fixed the tire in no time and I went on my way! BTW - I didn't have an appointment! More

Unknown charges We set up an appointment for an oil change but very quickly it was recommended we rotate the tires, then an engine clean for the GDI. Then the cabin f We set up an appointment for an oil change but very quickly it was recommended we rotate the tires, then an engine clean for the GDI. Then the cabin filter needed replacement. Once we got the bill there was 4 or 5 things charged that I have no idea what the heck they were for, totalling $40. Misc charge, mystery gasket, and a charge for inspection when it used to be free at Community Mazda. Uncertain if we will return here for service. More
