No HELP! I purchased my vehicle on 10/8/2016, my check engine light came on 10/16/2016. I waited two days just to see I had gotten bad gas it still hasn't gone off, I called the dealership spoke with manager Mike Havket to ask what could they do for me, perhaps offered a free diagnostic test something he tells me there's nothing they can do because I didn't not to purchase a overpriced warranty at the time of purchase! The truck is literally ten days off the lot and this is the response I get? I'm so disappointed in this dealership, and now starting to regret my purchase all together More

Sandy felt comfortable enough to continue the negotiations this way until I was able to finally come in to finalize the deal. I pretty much bought a car from the internet. That would have never been allowed when I bought my last car 9 year ago! the salesman would have called me and pressured me to come in. I really felt in control of the situation at CJ Wilson and I'm already excited about my next purchase! More

Nice salesperson and good overall experience sans hidden fee I worked with Sandy and she was very good and knowledgeable. My experience with her was favorable. She is very personable. I do recommend the dealership based on my *overall* experience but that doesn't mean there wasn't an issue. I was very clear about knowing ALL fees upfront as I did not want any surprises. Everything went smoothly until I went to the finance office. The employee was very pleasant and professional and then I noticed a charge of $299 for dealer installed VIN. I was told it was a charge for having the vin # etched on all the windows. This is not something that I asked for or was advised would be in my fees. I tried to challenge it but didn't really get anywhere. I Googled it later and it comes up online...multiple places as something a consumer has the right to refuse. I am left wondering: Why wasn't I given that right? It's not a huge amount but it's my hard earned money. It is for that reason I did not rate the dealership as excellent and almost didn't recommend it. I was even considering adding some accessories but now I don't know. More
